LDC is Burton-on-Trent's established motorcycle training provider, operating since 1988 with a proven track record of training over 1,000 pupils annually. Based at the Pirelli Stadium in Burton and FC Hanley in Stoke-on-Trent, the school specializes in CBT (Compulsory Basic Training) and Direct Access courses, serving learners across Staffordshire, Derbyshire, and the wider Midlands including Derby, Lichfield, Tamworth, and Manchester.

Founded by Les and Janet Churchley, LDC has built a reputation for excellence, with more people passing their motorcycle tests in Burton with LDC than any other training school. Their instructors are fully qualified, and training takes place on two large, secure off-road areas available seven days a week in Burton and five days weekly in Stoke.

In 2014, the company expanded by establishing Falcon Motorcycle Services, creating a comprehensive ecosystem for learners. This integrated approach means trainees can progress through their CBT or Direct Access qualification and then purchase or service their motorcycles at the same location, building genuine customer loyalty. Falcon stocks new and used motorcycles from brands including Zontes, Peugeot, Benelli, and Kweeway, alongside a full range of protective clothing and accessories from leading manufacturers like LS2, Shark, and Oxford. Customers receive 10% discount on clothing, helmets, and accessories upon completing training. Finance options are available for Direct Access courses, spreading costs over four or six months, making training more accessible to serious riders.
